Bakery Receives Superior Evaluation


Audits are a necessary element in managing and improving food production / manufacturing facilities.  Beatrice Bakery Co. was inspected recently for our yearly AIB (American Institute of Baking) review. This inspection is in addition to required state/federal (FDA) inspections.
 
Our record of accomplishment for AIB audits is top notch – receiving superior evaluations for 35 plus years. This would not be possible without the excellent sanitation and production employees here at BBC that take pride in producing safe, quality food.

Baking Up Springtime Flavors

What flavors do you associate with Spring?

Here at Beatrice Bakery Co. the Production Team has been busy baking our popular - Lemon Drop and Key Lime Dessert Liqueur Cakes to be ready for all your Spring social gatherings, bridal showers  and for Mother's Day next month.

You may be interested to know that we can produce up to 3,600 of these 14 oz. cakes per day.  And, that we are shipping them to stores all over the country, plus for you to shop on our website or in our store.

We are also busy producing our popular Peach Streusel Coffee Cake and our Pineapple Macadamia Nut cakes which we are also sure you will enjoy eating these refreshing cakes (because we do too)!
