NO BLUE CHRISTMAS!!!

We regret to let you know now that Santa can't bring you a Blueberry Walnut Cake from Beatrice Bakery Company this year.  We can no longer source the blueberries and any substitution would change the great quality you expect from our bakers.  Plus a change would mean a more expensive offering!  So we have chosen to discontinue that artisan special cake and have removed it from our website!

Please enjoy one of our other Artisan Cakes instead - like Pineapple Macadamia Nut or Apple Cinnamon Cake, both decadent treats great year-round!

Or if you haven't tried our holiday favorite - Grandma's Fruit & Nut Cake we know you will not be disappointed.

Happy Holidays to you all!

Start your 'Apple Fest' HERE!!!

At Beatrice Bakery Co. we tried to take all the work out of apple harvesting, core & peeling, then baking to offer you the best of the Apple Season - JOY OF EATING THEM!

Our top master bakers have been working diligently to combine your favorites - apples, cinnamon and nuts!  What a wonderful flavor those three are and what a great nostalgic comfort they bring.

Apple Cinnamon Nut Cake in a 12 oz. bar or 24 oz. ring - slightly warm a slice in the microwave, then top with a dollop of whipped topping or a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Apple Streusel Coffee Cake in a 16 oz. loaf - great with a cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon!

NOW is a great time for you to PICK YOUR FAVORITE as September 15 thru 19, 2016, these are all on SALE @ 40% off!  Start picking!!!

End of Summer!

Hello again!

Where did the Summer go?  It is almost Fall and the chatter has already begun about Thanksgiving and Christmas plans. Everyone here at Beatrice Bakery is ramping up our production for the big holiday season.  Production and Sales are going well and we are expecting a great year.

We did have one major anniversary since my last blog - Deb Sillman has worked on our production line for 35 years as of August 10th.  Congratulations to Deb and thanks for your hard work and dedication.

Hope your year has gone well, and your plans for the upcoming holidays will be enjoyable.

Thanks for all your support, it is greatly appreciated!
